1. Returns
1.1. Damaged Goods: We understand that receiving a damaged item can be disappointing. If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer service team at keith@restlesssoul.co.nz within 7 days of receiving the item.
1.2. Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team with your order number and a clear description of the damage, along with supporting images if possible.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
- Ship the damaged item back to us using the provided label.
1.3. Replacement: Upon receiving the damaged item, we will inspect it and, if eligible, send out a replacement promptly. If the item is out of stock, we will offer you a similar item or issue a refund.
2. Refunds
2.1. Refund Eligibility: Refunds will only be issued for damaged or defective items. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or if you don't like the record.
2.2. Refund Process: If your return is approved for a refund, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
2.3. Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund within the expected time frame, please check with your bank or credit card company. If the issue persists, contact us at keith@restlesssoul.co.nz.
