In the late 1970s, Feedtime was a major factor in Sydney's inner-city music scene. The band had seen X and Rose Tattoo play and they thought it was a good idea. Feedtime made a kind of blues noise with elements of abstract minimalism and the ethic of working class roots rock. In 2012, Sub Pop catered to longtime fans by releasing all four of their old albums in a box. That has fueled the enthusiasm of the band itself. So Feedtime is back together in its original line-up with an album where all the fire, power and talent is still present.
